You can relax and use it without worrying about staff watching.

※It is a whitish building.

When searching on Google Maps or other maps, please enter the building name: "Seihou（正豊） Building, 295 Yamabuki-cho, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo."

If you do not enter the building name, you may be directed to a different building called Inose Building.

Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line "Edogawabashi" Station
5-minute walk from Exit 3 or 2

Close to the Waseda Exit on the Shuto Expressway
*No dedicated parking.
Please use nearby paid parking.

Price

Usage fees

  • Extension on the same day: ¥3,300 per 30 min

  • No additional fees beyond those listed above

  • All prices include tax

  • Lighting equipment and furniture rental are free

  • Rates are the same even for weekend rentals, movie/video use, etc.

  • Minimum rental time on weekdays: 2 hours

  • Minimum rental time on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: 3 hours

  • No same-day extensions for late-night sets

Guidelines

- The ice decorations are fragile, so please take care not to damage them. Most of the items, including those hanging on the walls, are glued in place. If damage or intentional removal of glued items is discovered, repair costs and a penalty will be charged.
